San Antonio Spurs point/shooting guard Derrick White shot 10-for-12 from the floor during his teams win over the Atlanta Hawks on Tuesday, notching 23 points in an outing for the third time this year. He tied his season high with three made triples, also pitching in four rebounds and three assists across his 31 minutes. Whites ceiling remains capped by the balance of the San Antonio offense, but he is a consistent contributor whom the team has entrenched in the starting five. He draws a tough matchup Wednesday against the Denver Nuggets, who have corralled opposing point guards this season.
